I grew up in Denver, Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver. I graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed my residency training at Long Island Jewish Hospital. After many years in a group practice, I decided to devote myself to gynecologic health and started a solo practice on Long Island, New York. There, I was selected as one of New York’s Top Doctors for 6 consecutive years. At that time, my focus turned more towards bio-identical hormonal management of the menopause and peri-menopause.
In 2007, my husband and I decided to seek a lifestyle change and moved to Atlanta with our two daughters. Once in Atlanta, I became involved with The Institute for Functional Medicine, recognizing the importance of nutrition, rest and stress-reduction as major factors in health.
I pride myself in my compassion for and accessibility to my patients.
